Summary:
The Marketing Project Manager is a role with exposure to the Marketing team responsible for managing program and project priorities and driving delivery using project management practices.
The Lead to Order Marketing Project Manager will make recommendations and influence to maximize long term and short term project ROI (return on investment).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Responsible to drive projects from concept through final implementation.
Manage expectations throughout all levels of project management lifecycle
Understand information, technical and organizational architecture
Manage maintenance processes and procedures
Lead operational tests
Problem Management:
Conduct program / projects reviews
Measure and monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
Verbal and Written Communication :
Develop and plan communication strategies
Financial Management:
Monitor project and project team expenses.Provide monthly OPEX forecast.
Monitor capital spend.
Provide monthly program / project updates and quarterly cash forecast
Vendor Management:
Manage vendors
Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related
· PMP Certification
Experience:
· 5-7 years of experience within Information Technology
· Previous Project Management Experience
· Prior experience in eCommerce, Internet or Web projects
Skills:
· Strong communication skills - written and oral
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Interactive Marketing, SEO, Web Analytics, Content Management, Web Design, Email Marketing and Paid Search Campaigns.
· Comprehensive understanding of the project management life cycle is required.
· Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
