I would like to know if anyone has any advice for me one this one. I am in need of a notary for cheap seeing I have somw issues I have lots of papers to be notorized and I also need some legal advice. The father and the stepmother are getting away scott free with no charges
In January I received an e-mail from Felicia . ( Please see the attached) I then called my mother on that Sunday morning. I was then informed that Felicia was at my mothers because of some problems that she was having at home with her stepmother. Felicia said that back in October of 2007 she sent a naughty picture to a boy and when hr dad and step mother found out they went to the basketball game where she had been cheering and yanked her off the floor and took her home. They had screamed and yelled the whole way and when they got home it did not stop. Instead Danielle(stepmother) had decided that Felicia should strip naked and go outside and run down the street yelling “I’m a whore” Felicia of course told her no which only made matters worse. After many threats to Felicia’s life she complied. While naked outside one of Felicia’s school teachers had passed and picked her up. They brought her home and then they went home and called children services. Danielle then threatened Felicia some more telling her if she loses her kids over this she would kill her. So to make matters look better for her, Danielle gave Felicia a bottle of whiskey, made her drink it and the called the sheriff. Felicia was a little intoxicated so when the sheriff got there she was determined to be unruly. Felicia is currently in a diversion program, doing counseling and community service. I had went home for Christmas and Felicia was not allowed to go, I was a little confused, but later on of course found out why. Felicia also informed me that she was grounded to the kitchen table. When the family would eat, she had to go to the den and then when they were done she could eat granted there was any left. Schenia,Felicia’s biological sister is not allowed to talk to her and they live in the same house.
The very same day that I had found all this out James was picking her up from my moms at 2:00 p.m. It was super bowl Sunday and James did not show up until the next day almost 24 hours later then the said scheduled. He did not call and let any one know. Felicia has missed numerous days of school and her grades have dropped (she is in the honor society and wants to be a doctor) That Monday I called Felicia’s diversion officer to figure things out and only to find out her diversion officer had no clue about all the other stuff and informed me to call the Hancock County Children Services. I did so and because of the time difference the office was closed and I got the sheriff. The sheriff recalled the incidents and went to the Johnson home for a safety check that night. After the sheriff left at ten p.m. Jim and Danielle freaked out and decided Felicia was not getting another chance to be part of the family. The next morning Jim brought everything Felicia owns to his parents house. (Bill and Jackie ) Felicia has been there ever since and her grades have come back up, she is a happy person again, and she is safe. Jim has not been back to see her. I gave Bill and Jackie power of attorney over Felicia since I currently reside out of state. The human services had determined that the accusations of the parental half to be true. Danielle is not going to any counseling and I am very concerned for the other children’s safety in the home. Schenia my biological daughter is still there. Felicia and I talk everyday and I can see the old Felicia back. She has been sexually and emotionally tramatized.
