Positions to be filled: Assistant Manager, Prep Cook The Assistant Manager will provide Wolfgang Puck Quality service, excellence and professionalism across the LA Markets. Assistant Manager Roles and Responsibilities: -manage the store appearance, maintenance and atmosphere. -deliver operation standards effectively to team members. -effectively lead and manage the café teams to achieve sales goals and profit growth -accurate financial handling and reporting; acute analysis in data, trends, and reports -consistency in high volume/fast paced environment -versatility across all roles Manager Requirements: -at least one year of management/supervisor experience in the retail or food service industry -ability to adapt into and promote a strong team environment -deep passion for food and people -able to work any time of day (including weekends and holidays) and travel frequently -able to lift at least 30 pounds Prep Cook Primary Responsibilities: -Prep salads -Assist on the line -Ensure all items are prepped for following days service All Staff Requirements: -at least one year of relevant retail or food service experience -strong work ethic -must be able to work on weekends and holidays -able to contribute to a strong team environment -able to lift at least 30 pounds Both Positions are full-time.
