Duties will include processing daily mail, faxing, copying, scanning, office organization and miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of three Attorney's and one other legal assistant. Duties will include greeting clients, managing incoming client calls using our multi-line phone system, returning client phone calls, scheduling client meetings, following up with clients regarding meeting, etc, and briefly describing some of our services to clients who call in. friendly, casual and low key and are looking for a personable capable receptionist with zero tolerance for errors to assist us.
 The Qualifications: Will be mostly responsible for basic administrative functions such as answering phones, screening incoming calls, returning client calls, filing, calendaring, billing etc. Will occasionally have direct client contact with some of the office procedures used in Estate Planning. - Prior receptionist experience preferred, at least 2 years - Professional attitude and demeanor - Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Outlook - Ability to multi task - Detail oriented and organized - Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently and as a team basedPLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR. IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD ALSO HAVE SOME SALES EXPERIENCE. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL TIME MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9AM-6PM (EVERY DAY), NO WEEKENDS.
