Position Requirements Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year progressive recruiting experience through a variety of sourcing techniques. Full cycle recruiting experience (from developing and implementing sourcing plans through screening, behavioral interviewing, reference checking, and offer negotiation/presentation). Experience managing staffing in a dynamic company during a time of high growth as an in house recruiter preferred. Innovative and assertive, with the ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build immediate rapport with potential applicants.
