DESCRIPTION:
The successful Escrow Manager is meticulous, detail-oriented, has excellent customer service skills, and is committed to seeing processes through.
**Must possess a strong work ethic and be a TRUE team-player.**
Responsibilities:
a. Oversee entire Escrow process
b. Manage Escrow/pipeline workflow
c. Draft contracts
d. Turn in paperwork to comply with Marcus & Millichap legal guidelines
e. Set/manage timelines for close of Escrow
f. Verify settlement statements for clients
g. Support Business Development Associates
h. Build relationships with Escrow and Title Reps
i. Update Transaction Database
j. Track The Harris Group's Revenue
Qualifications:
a. 4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate
b. 2-3 years experience in Commercial Real Estate Escrow
c. Strong Team Player
d. Strong communication and facilitation skills
e. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
f. Strong interpersonal skills
g. Able to handle multiple assignments and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines
h. High degree of initiative and sense of urgency
