A thorough understanding of ActionScript 2.0/3.0 is required including OOP concepts, XML data exchange and programmatic tweening and animation. The ability to quickly produce lightweight, clean code is a necessity. Candidates should be prepared to direct production personnel and provide assistance to staff with ActionScript related issues, as well as perform some production duties themselves. Strong design background is a plus.
