Ticketing Agent

The Ticketing Agent will be responsible for auditing, issuing and invoicing all airline, insurance, ground transfers and non-revenue documents for Exchange Services, Cruise, Special Services, IRFS, Telemarketing and Vacation Assistance departments.

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
- Works queues to maintain proper workflow.
- Creates and maintains reports to track errors.
- Supply information on recurring problems to the management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Requires a minimum of one-year previous ticketing experience.
* Possess a minimum of one year Amadeus application experience.
* Possess a minimum of one year Global Max Accounting application.
* Computer literate and have excellent customer service skills.
* Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
