Since the year 1985 The United States Department of Defense has been recording the entire surface of our country and every conversation within it using Lockheed manufactured observation telescopes (satellites). Each department of law enforcement has access to this system through an umbrella corporation known as Enterprise.
In my research of violent crimes and narcotics users I have developed several relationships within the Veterans Administration Medical Center and the UCLA Brain Mapping Center, including Dr. John Lou, PHD., Keith Nuechterlein, PHD., and Kenneth Subotnik, PHD. We, at the VA Medical center have access to Enterprise for the purpose of drug use observation and a stimulation effect known as “Mood Altering Rays and Radiation.” And since 2001 have been using intersecting sound waves to create thought like sounds or emotional changes in the population of Los Angeles, especially individuals on narcotics or prescription medication.
I David Fincher and my fellow researchers at the VA Medical Center have developed incredible advances in technology and medications and would like to invite everyone who has ever used there imagination creatively to explore the possibilities of using our allowable tolerances within Enterprise as a weapon.
If you are interested in this project please conduct a bit of research of your own and in 300 words or less describe how you, (playing the part of Dr. John Lou or Dr. Keith Nuechterlein) would use Enterprise and the ability to secretly alter the moods of civilians with intersecting sound waves to either execute a president or other government official or cause mass hysteria and violent crimes.
*Please note that your capabilities as Dr. John Lou or Dr. Keith Nuechterlein using the Enterprise mood altering rays and radiation system would be limited to engineering the symptoms of Paranoid Schizophrenia in competent and unknowing people and would also reflect the wounds of Jesus Christ. Please be specific when determining which officials and/or demographics of people would be most at risk to you’re attacks!!
Each 300 word entry will be assessed and the top three scenarios will be written into the second coming of the Zodiac Killer. The author of each scenario will be contacted to refine there entry and could be given a walk on appearance in the second coming of the Zodiac Killer.

The following topics relate to a Current film and research project within the united states where participants (Especialy on Methamphatamines, or other persciption medications) are urged to respondto there emotions without restraint. Persons involved in the project should be able to portray violence, anger, and agression without restraint as the psyciatric team would like accurate record data of human interaction while being observed. If you are interested in participating in this study and film project please contact the Veterans Administration Research Facility and speak to, Kieth Nuechterlein, PH.D., Director or Kenneth Subotnik, PH.D., Project Coordinator, or John Lou regarding admission.
