This lot is one of 40 lots on the Island at Tesoro. The homes range from $2,000,000-$4,000,000 in a high end gated community. Just had a recent appraisal on my lot and it came in at $500,000.I want to sell it at $425,000 and I am looking for a home or condo in the range of $300,000-$800,000.
