Telecom Analyst: Avaya shop with Genesys CTI and IVR. My client wants to go live in 2008. Must have strong understanding of Avaya products and direct experience working with the Genesys brand for CTI and IVR. Must understand the intracacies of CTI and IVR with the specific Genesys brand because of the previous problems in 2007 to go live.
