The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting and a CPA (or a J.D. and LL.M.). A master's degree in tax is preferred. Candidate should have tax experience with a national public accounting firm and/or a large corporate tax department, tax compliance as well as state and local tax research and planning experience, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
