At least10 yrs min.[great for a stylist or colorist wanting to get away from the chair] Duties will include;Day to day operations, hiring, staff supervision, motivation,organizing in salon trainings. Building our hair business,attracting new staff and clients. You will need to be a great people person,professional in appearance,dedicated,flexible not rigid in thinking or agenda. You must have impeccable references as well as a positive outlook on life.
