Responsibilities:
Research of organizing targets and campaigns
Develop and implement organizing strategies and campaign plans
Identify, recruit and train workers to participate in organizing process
Prepare outreach literature
Develop working relationships with community and political allies
Requirements:
•Computer proficient
•Completely bilingual, speaking and writing, in English and Spanish
•College degree
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Extensive experience with union organizing campaigns, all aspects, desirable
•Experience with organizing Hispanic workers
•Knowledge of labor laws
•Knowledge of entertainment and broadcast industry desirable
