Assistant (Service) Manager required for new restaurant. Ideal candidate: --a minimum of 2 years management experience in a fine dining setting --excellent computer skills (Excel, POS, Outlook, Word) --able to inspire, lead, and support floor staff during service --experience and proficiency scheduling --capable of managing labor costs on a per shift/period basis Overview Although the Assistant Manager will work with the management team in overall operational duties, the main focus for this position is developing a high service standard/style, and training a team towards that goal.Secondary responsibilities include scheduling and inventory duties.
