Title: Senior Producer with comprehensive MMORPG experience

Currently, we are looking for an extremely experienced producer who has a proven track record producing MMORPG titles.
This Senior Producer would work out of our Southern California studio, and would manage a large team of internal and external developers.
She/he will lead a team of experts to create a ground-breaking MMORPG title.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
* Manage all aspects of production to create and deliver games worthy of the studio's high standards
* Lead a team to successfully meet all deadlines and milestones
* Establish priorities and coordinate activities
* Facilitate frequent communication between engineers, artists, designers, QA, and other team members
* Interface directly with the client to ensure that project vision, quality, schedule and budget are met
Minimum Requirements:
* One Producer credit on an MMO title
* 5 years industry experience as a Producer with an in-house development team
* Experience with external production
* Experience with agile development
* Excellent communication skills
Optional:
* Flash experience
* Expert in WOW
* Nunchuck or Bo Staff skills
