Position Details
The Workforce Transformation Senior Managing Consultant (MC) is responsible for leading transformation engagements that optimize enterprise-wide, business unit, and/or function organizational effectiveness, human capital strategies, programs & practices to achieve corporate goals. This may involve developing workforce strategies and metrics that integrate the client's HR and business strategies as well as the external environment/trends, or it may involve developing and implementing initiatives within an integrated talent management framework to meet projected workforce needs & strategies. The MC will provide thought leadership, business acumen, hands-on leadership & direction to team, & will manage client relationships. This role will be heavily involved in business case development, benefits realization, & proposal efforts / sales pursuits.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required.
8 years of HR or business transformation consulting experience in a hands-on leadership role on national or global transformation projects involving Human Capital Strategy, Workforce Transformation and/or Talent Management Initiatives is required. Candidates must have thorough knowledge of HR processes and pain points, shared service delivery, global resourcing and change management. Strong verbal/writing skills & analytical skills are required.
5 years minimum of true HR/HCM Consulting experience (not internal consulting)
Experience delivering Workforce transformation solutions
Human Capital and /or Talent Management initiatives
HR Process definition, analysis, design, & implementation, Requirements definition and mapping Is essential in this role.
Large client interaction & consulting experience, Business case development


Compensation
90K – 125K
