This is a new position that is being added to our Human Resource Department.The person will be assisting in overall general HR functions for the Coral Gables office relating to benefits and policies, new hire processes, preparing and updating HR reports and working with the Director, HR in supporting reporting requirements from PDIC’s international overseas locations.We would prefer someone with at least 3 – 5 years of HR experience, should be proficient in using Microsoft office.This position will require someone who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.Must be able to speak, read & write effectively in both languages (Portuguese a plus). This position will have access to highly confidential and sensitive information.
