Responsible for financial analysis, planning, reporting, forecasting and control activities and the development of recommendations to achieve company financial objectives for the CSAC division. Provide consultation and guidance to senior management on financial issues, business proposals, policies and practices affecting the organization. Performs analysis of exposure and return for all business decisions. Makes recommendations for optimizing financial impact. Manages the financial planning and control, operational analysis, accounting systems, audit coordination to ensure achievement of planned cost and profit objectives. Implementation of accounting policies, processes and systems to provide timely and accurate financial information to senior management. Participates in the setting of financial targets, accruals and long range plans aligned with the organization's strategic plans. Participates in the development of budgets, detailed business plans, and forcasts with management. Responsible for operating expenses and other costs of sales for CSAC. Prepare and participate in weekly meetings. Provide weekly input to forecast team on required unit forecast changes. Other responsibilities as assigned. * Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 5 years of experience in finance/operations. CMA or MBA a plus. * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. * Advanced experience with Excel.
