Seeking Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Overall Qualifications & Responsibilities: -Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish a must -Answer, screens and transfers calls -Prepare outgoing mail; including packages & messenger services -Coordinate appointments, updating databases, etc. -Sort & distribute incoming mail -Experience in an administrative assistant role -Proficient in Microsoft Office; including, Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint -Strong written & verbal communication skills -Dependable, punctual, self starter with a positive, upbeat attitude -Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, pay attention to detail & problem solve -Able to perform independently with minimal supervision -Perform special projects/duties as assigned -Real Estate experience preferred Please include salary history.
