I am a 31 hip female. I am a professional, college graduate, with a small 10lb smart well behaved Yorkie. Extremly friendly. I am currently roommating with a girl who I just moved in with after hearing about through Craigslist, who doesn't like the AC on at night or semi- on during the day, never takes out her garbage, never washes her dishes and lets them get stinky in the sink, who sheds hair all over the floor-sink, who lets food rot in the fridge, and who has HORRIBLE cleanliness qualities. I am not a die-hard clean freak, but as you can see......I like to live in a place with out stinky trash, dishes and a place to bring a date or friend back to who won't think I live/am dirty! The landlord is aware of my situation and is cooperating for me to find something else. If you are a female older than 24 yrs old and have an apartment in the area of US1 from Coral Gables US1 south up to 200 Street for rent??? I am interested. Or...possibly Key Biscayane close to ocean? Or if you are a family who has an upscale efficiency/cottage/maids quarters for rent? I am interested. There are also some 2/2's available in Dadeland Cove or Dadeland Grove which interest me to rent. If your serious. Let's talk about becoming roommates. Thanks.
