This position reports to the Property Manager. Tasks include reporting Incidents and creating Incident Reports as well as inspections of the Community.
In addition, this position requires the handling of emergencies and the trouble-shooting of the physical assets and components of the building. On the job training will be provided.
Finally miscellaneous task assignments will be given by either the Property Manager or Chief Engineer as needed.
This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be cross-trained in other areas of operational maintenance.
Bi-Lingual in English & Spanish preferred.
