This candidate does not necessarily need to have courier experience but must have extensive managerial and people motivational skills.
This position is key in implementing DHL Transportation Strategy by supervising the Independent Contractorˇ¦s Delivery/Courier Operation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provides direction, guidance, and support to our courier drivers to ensure timely and accurately delivery of products for all business channels. Assesses operation and aids in developing higher quality service to our customers. Assist in providing orientation and training. Handle all issues to resolution. Play a vital role in supervising and monitoring our courier drivers to ensure compliance of all policies and processes. Must be able to influence direction with the couriers and have tremendous relationship building, and communication skills. Learning every route in the building by working them, so this individual can properly train and flex the routes, when in need.
