REQUIRED:
3+ years in SAP HR Payroll
2+ years in a support role
At least 4 years experience working with SAP HR
Production and Support
Writing Rules & Schemas
Use & Configuration of Tax Reporter
Configuration/Processof Subsequent Activities (Posting to Accounting, 3rd Party, etc)
Off-Cycle including Process Models
Forms Configuration
Claims processing
Working with BSI (TUBS)
Configuration & Support of Benefits
Hotpack Testing, Implementation
Working with BSI, including TUBS
Benefits Configuration and Support, including COBRA
Release 4.x experience
oSelf-starter with strong customer focus.
oWilling to learn, and can self-teach in areas if necessary
oForward thinker with a broad focus.
oAbility to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred:
Information Technology Background (MIS, Computer Science, Engineering)
Time Management (Rules, Schemas, CATS, Quotas)
Experience in Personnel Administration
Experience in Organizational Management
ABAP Skills
FI/CO Integration Knowledge
ESS
