We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Retail Shop Associates to join the Equinox team in our location on 520 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, FL. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
The Retail Shop Associate’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Interact with, and provide exceptional service to, all members, potential members, and guests to help maximize sales and ensure that each customer has a positive shopping experience
• Interact will all business functions at the club level, including Front Desk Associates, Spa Staff, Personal Trainers, and Membership Advisors
• Handle all sales, returns / exchanges, inform the customer about the quality, style, fabric and fit of the merchandise, achieve monthly sales goals, and keep the shop neat, clean and organized
The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
• The ability to work flexible hours
• Experience in a sales oriented environment, preferably in retail
• Enthusiasm, energy, congeniality, diligence, time management skills, organization, communication, problem solving and follow-up skills
• Computer literacy and ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
