JOB DESCRIPTION
Help customers find items in the store, demonstrate products and explain details of items to customers, bag, package, gift wrap items for customers, check the stockroom andmake special orders of products help stock shelves andracks, mark price tags, take inventory and prepare displays, must be aware of special sales and promotions, must recognize possible security risks and thefts and know how to handle or prevent such situations. Often stand for long periods and may need supervisory approval to leave the sales floor.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for people who enjoy working with others and have the tact and patience to deal with difficult customers. Among other desirable characteristics are an interest in sales work, a neat appearance and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. The ability to speak more than one language may be helpful; this wonderful person who will join our company should be able to bring enthusiasm to the position. This candidate should be trustworthy, flexible and have a good sense of humor. Most of all, you truly enjoy selling.
