This position provides the highest level of internal/external customer service by having in-depth product knowledge and effective selling techniques.Consistently demonstrates the Company’s creed and culture with the utmost integrity.
Customer Service:
Greets and welcomes customers with genuine enthusiasm. Asks open-ended questions to determine customers needs. Shares features and benefits of products, checks for customer’s understanding. Offers additional products that support or relate to customer needs.Informs all customers of sales promotions. Informs customers of additional services provided by Restoration Hardware - catalog, Wedding & Gift Registry and website. Consistently and accurately follows up on customer issues in a timely manner. Provides feedback to Store Sales Manager on customer comments and suggestions regarding service and merchandise.
Standards of Operations:
Processes register transactions accurately and efficiently.Assists customers with gift-wrapping and packaging their purchases. Maintains visual integrity by regular cleaning and dusting.Replenishes merchandise on features and shelves.
