Content, development, implementation, and component deployent of Remedy ITSM.
Solid experience with Remedy's Action Request System (ARS) 6.x and 7.x;
Development and Administration of BMC Remedy ARS system application and implementation of new functionality including forms, workflow, alerts, filters, escalations, menus, and other related components.
Solid experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) applications (Help Desk, Change Management, Asset Management, Migrator Tool and Flashboards
Crystal Reports; ITIL Framework knowledge
CMDB 2.0; reconciliation/federation
Oracle and SQL Database back ends
Remedy integration experience to other systems such as (IBM Tivoli and SMS) a big plus;
Mid tier for Remedy 6.3 a plus
Experience with Remedy CMDB a big plus
BS in Comp Science or I.S.
