The Region Manager will be responsible for all activities and operations to satisfy the customersˇ¦ contracted requirements within his/her region. This includes operations, sales, and administrative support. Supervise and manage operation supervisors, sales personnel and administrative support in region Develop medium and long term operating strategies with management Implement all short term operating objectives, programs and plans Directs and administers the organizationˇ¦s policies, programs, and initiatives SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Must be a strong leader with the ability to influence others and have a proven background of leading change Must have operations and/or sales management experience Must have excellent written and verbal skills Must have experience to manage regionˇ¦s profit and loss EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Requires a bachelorˇ¦s degree and a minimum of 10 years experience in the industrial service industry with experience in petrochemical, refinery, and/or power markets. The chosen candidate must be open to relocation in the future for professional advancement. TO APPLY:
