About the Position The Regional Manager will complete a training period in one of our main offices and upon completion will take responsibility for all sales and business expansion in and around his or her own territory. This is an outside sales position - a strong candidate must be a self-motivated, business-minded professional with strong interpersonal skills. S/he should excel in an environment where s/he receives guidance and training but minimal supervision. A successful Regional Manager will have many opportunities for advancement within our fast-growing company. Specific Responsibilities Include •Partnering with high schools to offer on-campus SAT preparation for their students •Driving enrollment growth in the territory •Developing creative and efficient ways to expand brand identity in the region •Coordinating all marketing programs for the territory including direct mailings, speaking engagements, and community outreach •Delivering effective and dynamic presentations to various audiences including administrators, college counselors, parents, and students Qualifications •A Bachelor's Degree is Required!!! •A preferred minimum of 2 years of sales/business development experience •Experience and relationships in the educational field is a major plus •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills •A passion for education and an entrepreneurial spirit •Resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to problem solve •Strong attention to detail and organization •Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the region •Applicant must have access to a vehicle on a daily basis •Pride of ownership in your work and the desire to take on high levels of responsibility with minimal management •Experience at SCORE, Sylvan, Kaplan or Princeton Review is a plus but certainly not required Salary and Benefits Generous compensation package including base salary and competitive bonus structure based on experience and performance: base of $40-55K with bonus possibilities up to $30K+. Full health and dental coverage, paid vacation, and mileage reimbursement is provided.
