-#1- Must be highly motivated and have a strong desire to become wealthy withReal Estate Investing.
-#2- Must be coachable, teachable and good at following instructions. I do not know if that is you but I hope it is.
-# 3This is where most people laugh�.but the person I work with cannot be afraid of making a lot ofmoney. The reason I say this is most Americans are used to a nine to five and if they truly cannot see themselves making more than let's say 25k a year then they will not make more than that no matter what opportunity they choose.
