Hi folks, just would like to give you the heads up...that is a SCAM, google that number 305 758-9297 and you'll see it's total scam!!!
They placed the ad at 120am and said to call at any time. It was all too strange so I googled it and bingo.
99.99% people are good here but once in a while you get a jerk like this.

It is NOT ok to contact this poster with commercial interests.
