any rentals in the shelbourne hotel should be vetted.the group based out of chicago..are total scammers and will NOT return your deposit.DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
in you are looking for a place go to sobeachrentals.com- i used them recently and they are great. very professional..and never took a deposit.they also have apts at the shelbourne..and are much cheaper..
