I need to get a quote for installation of some lovely blue AstroTurf to be installed on a balcony.

The quote should include tearing up previously installed Turf, and purchase & installation of same quality Turf.This will be on a balcony that is approximately 2.5’ x 8’, with a shallow lip running the length of the balcony, similar to this extremely rough section below.

There is a railing that would need to be unscrewed from the side of the walls with cutouts for the (3) posts to be placed around.

I need to have this taken care of by Thursday of next week, so I would appreciate quotes be sent to me as soon as possible.References & pictures are appreciated.
