PURCHASING DEPARTMENT ORDER ENTRY

We are looking for bright and energetic person.

Join a friendly staff in a high pace environment.This is a full time employment opportunity with long term growth potential.

We have been in business for the past 15 years. We currently hold a large staff with 6,000 square feet of office space, and 60,000 square feet warehouse. Our office is built with high ceilings and modern design.

Work with our customer service team on following responsibilities:

- Creating Purchase Orders.
- Entering Incoming Orders.
- Creating Reports for Company Admin.
- Follow up orders to make sure they arrive on time.

Requirements:
- Experience in Purchasing Department
- Need to be very familliar with Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Fluent in English and Chinese (All our vendors are in China)
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus

Starting Salary:

$15.00 per hour
