Purchasing Clerk needed with skill in the use of a computer terminal and related spreadsheet and word processing software applications packages. Ability to negotiate effectively. Familiar with purchasing terminology. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Self-starter, initiative, sense of urgency. Expedites orders and backorders, ensures that PO has correct pricing and appropriate delivery date. Maintain purchasing files and records. Assist with incoming phone calls.Bilingual preferred.This is a part time position (25hrs/week).
