High end Sustainable living firm needs a Part-Time Executive Assistant to work directly with President. Preferably for someone who is looking to work in the field of Sustainable Environmental consulting. Great ground floor opportunity forright person. We work with City Municipalities, therefore you must enjoy a job talking to professional clients about their needs. Scheduling and planning newsletter. Tuesday’s and Thursday's only. Position may expand to more days possibly later. We are looking for someone who comes from a space that's classy, enthusiastic, honest, good with people and great with creating new relationships. Past phone sales experience a MUST, computer skills needed.
Working at home is option based on experience. Be able to multi-task and be self motivated without constant monitoring. MUST send in resume WITH references and contact information.
