Experienced Field Manager Needed
Location: Miami , Florida
GRIP Promotions, a national promotional agency, is looking for a highly qualified Field Manager.GRIPper Field Managers are extremely experienced in Managerial roles, HIGHLY reliable and exceptional communicators.Field Managers will Manage ALL promotions in the Miami Area for the launch of this client into the Miami Market.

Requirements:
-MUST be over 25 years of age
-MUST have a Clean Driving Record
-MUST have 24 hour access to a computer/fax machine/telephone
-MUST HAVE DIGITAL CAMERA
-MUST have managed over 5 Events or managed groups of 5 or more people
-Must have clean and professional appearance
-Must be well spoken
-Must be VERY organized
-Must be able to follow directions
-Must be able to follow schedules and timelines
-Must be very detailed/descriptive in reporting
-MUST be forward thinking and able to anticipate and readjust to solve problems
-Must be willing to drive at least 50 miles as needed
-MUST be exceptional at time management

Expectations:
-Manager will be able to effectively manage teams of 3 or more
-You will be expected to train staff in advance or on site to effectively run and event
-You will train staff on Product knowledge/Talking Points
-You will train staff on proper equipment set-up-Must be able to clearly direct staff and be a quick problem solver
-You will have to complete a report form after every event and submit timesheets
-Must be detailed in collecting all required paperwork
-You are required to submit a monthly inventory report/request inventory replenishing
-Must be familiar with Snapfish or ePhoto Album engines
-Must be able to complete and submit post event reporting prior to deadlines
-You will be required to often work long hours (Hours in excess of 8 hrs)
-You must be able to lift up to 50lbs
-Must have exceptional time management skills an communication skills
-Must have a proven track record of management
-Must be able to provide 3 Professional References

Additional Considerations:
-Bachelors Degree (Marketing, Communications, Management, Hospitality, etc)
-Flexible Availability
-Having an ePhoto Album Account

We have various promotions coming up throughout the year with multiple major events going on from March-June.EXTREMELY HIGH PROFILE

Unlike other promotional agencies, GRIP Promotions pays GRIPpers very quickly after their event, assuming all event requirements have been met and all paperwork submitted.NO more waiting 60 days or longer for a check.

Attire: (You must have the following)
-Black Pants or Shorts
-Plain White undershirt
-A Branded Shirt will be provided

Responsibilities include:
-Maintaining a Professional appearance
-Physically Fit
-Working with small and large crowds
-Promoting the brand and informing the consumers about the clients products and services.
-Showing up on time
-Be able to follow directions
-Being outgoing and enthusiastic
-Have FUN!!

Pay Rate: $22/hr(May vary based on event and responsibilities)
