Experienced, highly organized, Project Manager needed for Westside high-end residential general contracting firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• All Scheduling, Quality Control and Planning for Project
• Managing all Labor and Subcontractors
• Keep Accurate Records, includingDaily Reports, Subcontractor Agreements
• Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Work Directly with Clients
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-5 Years Construction Experience
• Strong Organization Skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Familiarity with Budgets, Timelines and Change Order Processing
