Project manager oversees the project from the time the contract is signed until punch list is signed-off by the client: • Makes a time table (schedule) of complete process using Microsoft Project • Oversees purchasing of materials • Oversees project as it goes to engineering • Oversees project as it goes to production • Coordinates shipment with client, production team and shipping company • Coordinates installation schedule • Will inform client weekly on progress • Organize client walk through at factory • Schedule any corrections with the client The project manager is in charge of quality control throughout the project, making sure that the project respects the design, is delivered on-time with the expected manufacturing quality and within budget This position reports directly to the president and will require approximately 10-15% of travel. The right candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish. A background in furniture manufacturing/production would be a plus.
