RDCI “CRISIS INTERVENTION COACHING” PROGRAM Program Coordinator/NLP Coach/Life Coach Position Available Crisis Intervention Coaching Job Description The Position for our Crisis Intervention Coaching Program oversees the development and implementation of our coaching program.This Position ensures program quality and performance related to recruiting, screening, matching, monitoring, and closing the relationship with the Coach and the Participant, and communicates with the Coach, Parents/Guardians, and/or Participant throughout the Coaching relationship. Reporting to the Program Administrator, this Position is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the Coaching Program, and will carry out the responsibilities of the position as defined below: Duties •Have expert knowledge of mentoring program policies and procedures •Maintain and update Policy and Procedure Manual as needed •Create and oversee implementation of an ongoing Coaching recruitment plan, including development of an annual recruitment and quarterly activity plans •Perform and oversee participant screening, training, matching, support and supervision, recognition, and closure activities •Oversee organization and implementation of Coach/Participants group event as needed •Plan and implement recognition activities for program participants •Oversee program evaluation activities •Oversee mentoring program staff •Attend regional/national conferences to increase knowledge of Coaching Program and best practices •Participate as a Coach as needed •Develop, design, and train Coaches in an ongoing training program •Work closely with the Program Administrator in developing the Programs on going Workbooks •Complete other duties and activities as needed Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in social work, psychology, and/or education •Certification at the Master Level in NLP •Two or more years experience in mentoring/coaching and youth development, working within community organizations and/or schools preferred •Extremely strong organizational, writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills •Creativity and flexibility are essential in assuming significant responsibility •Experience working in racially, ethnically, and socioeconomically diverse urban communities preferred Compensation •To be determined Applications A letter of application and resume must be submitted to:Right Direction Crisis Intervention, Crisis Intervention Coaching, P.O.
