Growth oriented, small international company that specializes in providing sophisticated engineering products and services to the Superyacht industry. We need your generalist Production and broad-spectrum QC, Shipping/Receiving experience to contribute to the strategic development of this organization.
You will be responsible for managing the production build process, QC, Shipping/Receiving and involved in the project schedules.
If you have exceptional organizational and customer service skills, a can-do attitude that enjoys a team environment that prides itself on excellent customer service and creative problem solving skills, you may qualify for this position. This position reports directly to the Sr. Management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Manage the production build process;
Inventory management;
Shipping and Receiving;
Project Scheduling and Tracking;
Quality Control;
Assist in production;
Develop Project Scheduling and Production reports;
Must demonstrate a high level of organization skills;
Other functions as directed by management.
Experience Desired:
Three (3) plus years of extensive Production/Inventory/Shipping/Receiving;
highly skilled with meeting deadlines;
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written;
Attention to detail and very organized;
Electronics background or experience;
Mechanical skills and good with hand tools;
Excellent people skills;
Can Do Attitude with great initiative;
Excellent computer skills.
Marine and/or Engineering experience highly preferred.
