Description
Our Company is seeking outgoing, articulate and responsible individuals to demonstrate our credit card directory at the Dolphin Mall in Miami, FL.
The Credit Card Specialist is accountable for:
oSupporting the kiosk manager in the day-to-day management of business operations & merchandising
oOffering a unique customer experience
oConducting presentations and product demonstrations, delivering optimum customer service, developing strong customer rapport and stimulating an exciting experience
oPartnering with the store manager to create and foster a team environment and enlist others in the achievement of defined goals
Requirements
OUR FUTURE SPECIALIST MUST:
oBe an enthusiastic ambassador for the products and services available from our company.
oProject a professional image and have excellent presentation and communication skills including excellent listening and people skills.
oMaintain a positive and professional atmosphere at the kiosk through personal appearance and in the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kiosk.
oBe able to correctly answer customer questions about our products and services with appropriate and correct information.
oAcquire and maintain up-to-date company product knowledge, including product and service features and benefits, programming, promotions, etc.
oDemonstrate effective sales skills and possess ability to learn and execute marketing/selling techniques
oDemonstrate excellent work ethic and ability to multitask
oBe able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on Mall operation hours
oAbility to work independently and be self-motivated and possess good time management skills.
oUnderstand and adhere to all company and department policies and procedures.
oPerform other duties as assigned
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
oAbility to Set-up and break down product demonstration areas
oAbility to keep accurate records
oAbility to self-manage
oAbility to work mall hours
oHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.
oAt least 6 months face of face sales experience
