Position Description:
Upon receiving an order, PlanOmatic assigns and schedules for a Field Technician to visit the property and take high quality professional photographs and create digital floor plans using a portable computer device and laser measurement tool. The technician then uploads the floor plans and photographs to PlanOmatic's processing department where we color correct and combine the two to create an online interactive floor plan presentation. Lastly, the Technician administers quality control on the presentation once processed.
PDA and laser tool provided along with training and support to create the floor plans. Number of jobs assigned to technicians can vary from 3 jobs per week to 10-15, depending on the week/weather/season. Each job on-site typically takes 1.5-2.5 hours depending on size.
Requirements:
1. Computer with daily access to high speed Internet (Cable,DSL or faster).
2. Reliable mode of transportation.
3. Mobile phone.
4. Exceptional eye for detail.
5. Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
6. Computer skills.
7. Real estate photography experience.
8. Camera, lens, flash and tripod suitable for real estate photography
9. Must present yourself professionally at all times.
Compensation and Growth:
PlanOmatic Technician's are compensated as contractors and will be paid on a per job basis commission percentage.
