I would like to permanently swap my 2/2 condo in South Beach for a house/townhouse in the Gables or Grove area . Condo is 3 blocks from beach - 3 blocks from Lincoln road mall and across the street from Flamingo park. Walk to shopping, restaurants, moviesand shows .Condo in historic deco building -hard wood floors also ceramic marble tile , all track and interesting lighting , elf closet system , electronic shades, lots of windows, separate room with washer/dryer, aluminum appliances, rain shower in master bath . Also has very cool features such as steps into other bedroom with French doors, high ceilings , alcove with glass shelves for artwork, round walls - one of a kind !I paid 455,000 and trying to sell but we all know how market is .Swapping with someone else who also has equity in house with values falling from shortsales, etc seems like a great idea.
