Hi,

Looking to swap 1 bedroom apt (approx 600sq. ft) in Astoria Queens for a 1 bed or studio in Miami Beach (pref South beach / north ok).

About our place: 15 subway to midtown Manhattan.8 min walk to train.Cool neighboorhood lots of restruants, bars, shopping. Apt is really bright, clean and happy :)

Ideal Dates: Feb 17 to March 1 but are a little flexible.
