OUTPATIENT ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER FOR
SURGERY CENTER IN MIAMI, FLORIDA
* $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS *
About the Position:
- This is a "working" manager position
- Will oversee 6 -7 FTEs
- Day shift, Monday - Friday, No Weekends, Holidays or Call!
- Ambulatory is open from 6a - 6p
- Types of surgeries performed include; General, Biopsies, Cosmetic, Reconstruction,
ENT, Gynocological, Oral, Orthopedic, etc
Position Benefits:
- $15,000 Sign on Bonus
-A "normal" schedule!
- 30+ days of temporary housing
- $3,000 towards relocation assistance
- Full benefits, vacation time, etc
Job Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of recent OR/Outpatient Surgery experience
- Previous leadership experience (charge, supervisory, management)
- BSN is strongly preferred
- Willingness to step in and help out with patients when needed
- Strong leadership and communication skills
