I need an accessible outdoor parking spot for a 6x12 (8x15 overall) utility trailer. I bought it so I could stop making my local rental yard rich but don't want to offset my savings by dishing out an RV storage rate. I need it to be cheap and accessible so I can get to it without hassling the property owner. If you have a large residential (OK for your city code) or commercial lot and would like to make a some extra bucks for doing nothing give me a call or e-mail me.
