Applicant Qualifications:
* College degree
* Must be willing and able to work hard to learn and to learn fast.
* Ability to document your work thoroughly and clearly in English
* Attention to detail and ability to communicate well with other project members verbally and through writing.
* Extremely detail oriented and well organized.
* Experienced with Excel, calendaring tools, and address books.
* Can work independently.
* Fast, efficient, thorough. No need for repetition.
* Focused. Can give each task or piece of work complete attention. Not easily distracted.
* Open. Willing to learn new things, able to adapt to new ways of doing things.
* Professional attitude and enthusiasm
* Fluency in foreign languages is a plus.
* Ability to manage outside consultants and vendors a plus.
* We prefer candidates in the immediate San Francisco area, but are open to having employees work in our Santa Clara office or remotely
Position Description:
* You will be given problems to manage. You need to
be able to clearly describe the problem and the solutions
and follow up with the solution.
* Manage outside consultants and vendors
* Log all activities in internal knowledge database
* Communicate with management on status of all projects.
