Brief Posting Description

The merchandise manager is responsible to implement Grass Roots Bittime set plans and strategies pertaining to the rewards catalog. The merchandise manager is in charge to identify, prioritize and pursue new and existing opportunities in order to sustain and maintain company growth. Merchandise manager will be expected to generate ideas and initiatives that capitalize on existing and prospective opportunities. The merchandise manager is a key member in assisting in the opening of vendors’ deals and responsible for the profit and loss reporting for rewards catalog. He/She must plan, manage and direct all activities related to the rewards catalog and support the fulfillment department to achieve optimum operations levels, maintaining high quality standards while improving costs. Also he/she has to participate in the development of the annual budget and forecast plans of Grass Roots Bittime. The merchandise manager is in charge of all aspects of the rewards catalogue of the loyalty and incentive programs/promotions, his/her main focus is increase the profitability of Grass Roots Bittime locally and reaches the goals of the service level agreements of the clients.


Job Responsibilities

•Lead development, coordinate and execute the rewards parts of the incentive, motivation and loyalty programs, including manage new vendors, services level agreement, returns policy and support the fulfillment department.
•Manage all aspects of multiple projects with minimal direction in a way that exceeds clients' expectations in terms of quality of service and business results.
•Manage the relationship with the suppliers and create new deals.
•Keep update the rewards catalog
•Make quotes for offline rewards
•Monitor rewards' trends and changes. Analyze and evaluate rewards information, terms and conditions to keep them up to date. Identify effectiveness and opportunities of purchasing rewards, and present results, analysis and recommendations to top management and clients.
•Oversee planned program expenditures versus budget and payments received.
•Partner with Sales group on sales presentations and proposals.
•Analyze and diagnose client business issues to develop and recommend creative solutions.
•Lead business development presentations and actively participate in complex proposal development.
•Complete post implementation performance evaluations related to rewards for all the projects and share the results with all departments.
••Ensure error-free execution on the rewards catalog for all the projects and engagements including assisting with the planning and estimating activities, monitoring progress and providing appropriate status reports and documentation.

Requirements

•4 Year degree or equivalent
•Organized
•Merchandise trends expert
•High Web base knowledge
•Strong communication skills
•Purchase experience
•100% Bilingual (Spanish & English)
